Head Waiter/Waitress

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. 

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park

Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu
showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network
of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £16.71/hour.

As Head Waiter your duties will include:

• Managing your section within the restaurant efficiently & professionally 
• Awareness of the menu & preparation of dishes
• Completing the set-up of the restaurant 
• Building a rapport with regular guests
• Maintaining the standards set for service by the Restaurant Manager
